POLICIES AND TERMS
Key Elegance
A signed contract will be required before work begins. When you sign our contract and pay our monthly fee that set number of hours is reserved to work with your business. We do not work with everyone and have the right to reserve service at our discretion.
Please do not submit work, or ask us to work on projects, if we have NOT received your signed contract.
Please review your contract for specific terms and rates as set up specifically for your business relationship with our company.
Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice and is considered overdue five (5) days from the date of the invoice. A late charge could be applied for overdue payments, and work may be put on hold until payment is received and clears.
The retainer is on a month-to-month basis and requires a 30-day written notice to terminate.
PAYMENTS:
Invoices are sent on the last business day of each month.
Payment is due in advance each month, and therefore, is processed on the 5th of each month.
Payments will be made through PayPal.
All rates are in American Dollars.
Hourly rates are invoiced in 15-minute increments
Add $10.00 per hour for expedited turnaround (faster than two days.)
Add $20.00 for weekend work.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Standard turnaround time is two (2) days.
General telephone calls, emails, printing and proofreading included in price.
Additional charges such as postage, courier service, and specialized stationary will be itemized and invoiced to client.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
PROOFREADING:
Although Key Elegance Virtual Assistance takes the utmost care to produce error-free work, it is the clients responsibility to ensure the final product is to their satisfaction. Any revisions that are requested will be charged at the normal editing rate of $30.00 per hour.

Hourly Rate:
For those clients who have a "short-term" assignment or who would prefer to "pay-as-they-go," Key Elegance has a base hourly rate of $30.00 (with a one hour minimum).
Retainer Packages:
Key Elegance's prepaid packages are for clients needing administrative services on an ongoing basis, who would like to reserve a set number of hours each month. By purchasing a prepaid plan, clients ensure continued and ongoing support when they need it. These discounted plans are cost-effective to the client and allows Catherine the opportunity to better service you on an ongoing basis.
Prepaid hours are typically used within a 30 day period, and the unused hours will not roll over; however, your plan can be reevaluated at any time in order to best suit your needs. These plans are paid in full at the beginning of each month.
INTRODUCTION PACKAGE:
5 hours a month _ 5% discount=$142.50
The INTRODUCTION PACKAGE is great for clients who are unsure of the number of hours they will need to get the job done. Note: this is a one time offer for new clients only!
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Key Elegance accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express through Paypal. Pay-as-you-go clients will be billed at the end of each week; while, retainer clients will be billed the first of every month. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
RUSH JOBS:
Rush projects of 24 hours or less will have a 20% rush fee charged.
